Meet Ginger the Bengal Cat

We finally decided to drop the hammer and get a pure bred Bengal cat. This guys is unreal, very affectionate, chirping, purring, and generally a fantastic range of vocalization, on top of lots of body rubbing and face pressing.

He has a marble pattern with lots of orange (hence the name Ginger), dark marble on the top, with spots and stripes on the underbelly.



So far he is very affectionate with my three teenagers, aged 14, 16, and 18, and he really likes my wife, which is critical, as she is not a cat person. Until today that is, as she cannot keep her hands off this guy.





I will update regularly as Ginger grows to 20 lbs, while hanging out with me in office as I work away on various Web 2.0 projects.
